My favourite tonic

Whenever I feel bloated after a meal,  a term more commonly known as indigestion, I would mix up a glass of warm water with honey and apple cider vinegar.

The usage of this cocktail is so versatile. It is used to soothe a tickle in the throat, calms a sore throat and helps to loosen mucus. I started with Bragg and this great health advocate has so much to share when it comes to natural health matters. From experience, I can’t agree more that apple cider vinegar is a powerful cleansing tonic. In the next post,I’ll be sharing how I had used this to flush away gallstones from my body!
