Where do you yawn? This is usually a sign that you are tired and mentally fatigued. When your nerve supply is depleted, you yawn. Chest breathing is useful to get that oxygen to the brain. You should also make sure that you have sufficient iron to oxygenize the blood.

Do you know that laughter can help to exercise your chest? Deep breathing; exercise; and dry, warm air are helpful to your lungs too.
