Good posture helps you to breathe deeper and it does the different organs of the body to move freely, with no pressure symptoms produced on one organ more than another. With good posture, our feet walks straight, the leg muscles are strong, the veins and arteries carry the blood more freely, and the nerves in our body carry the messages from our brain to the different organs more effectively!
