The most effective way to counter cellulite would be good diet and regular exercise. This includes the simple inclusion of more vegetables and fruits in your diets and reducing fatty and oily foods. Exercise helps in blood circulation which is key to eliminating those dimpled fats under the skin. But it must be understood that it takes time before results can be clearly visible.

Another effective approach to getting blood flowing is vigorous brushing of the skin of the legs.
