I did it every day for several weeks, and fell away from the practice. I'll probably take it up again, though. It helped my teeth, though I didn't notice any strong difference in my overall health and didn't have the detox symptoms described. However, my teeth were whiter than ever and shiny, and it felt good. this is called oil pulling, and I found it to be quite beneficial to my teeth.
