It works well for people in critical illness and is known as a strong detox juice with anti-cancer compund. Potato juice is a good remedy for anyone suffering from stomach ulcer. Try this: Take half cup 2 times a day before your meals. Add 1 teaspoon of Manuka or raw honey for better results.

Do you know that you can heal your life? When we really LOVE and ACCEPT and APPROVE of ourselves exactly as we are, then everything in life works. Our health improves, our relationships become much more fulfilling, and we become more creative, and our lives are more fulfilling. All these can happen naturally.

When you love and approve of yourself, you learn to have faith and have deeper sense of security. It will lead to more positive outlooks, create more loving relationships in your life, open up more opportunities, practise better eating habits and a more attractive personality. People who love themselves and their bodies seldom abuse themselves or others.

Loving the self means not criticising yourself for anything. Criticism locks us into a pool of negativity and limiting beliefs. Be understanding and gentle with yourself helps you move out of it.

So my dear friends, if you have been criticising yourself for a long time, try approving yourself today.

Do you have leg cramps?

Do your legs suffer from cramps? Try this:

* Take a Kneipp bath daily.

* Include calcium foods in your soup, tonics, broths. One of the soups with the highest calcium content is made up of barley and green kale. For additional calcium, use the water from boiled egg shells in a broth.

* Take calcium lactate supplements. Often times, lack of calcium causes cramps.

Here’s how to take a Kneipp bath at home:

Use a garden hose without the sprinkler. Run cold water starting from the farthest point from the heart, which is the right ankle. Move the water in a stream from the toes to the groin, then around and down the back of the leg to the ankle. Spray first the right leg front and back, two or three times; then repeat on the left leg. Count to six while running water up and down each leg.

This process is good for circulation of the entire body. Remember not to dry off. Run or walk until dry and warm. Do it once a day.
