Choose Wholefoods

If you are eating food grown organically without going through any refine processing or has not been treated with any synthetic additives, you are then enjoying the food at its best nutrition value. Do you know that your body can only absorb complete and balance nutrients from wholesome food? No synthetic supplements can fully replace the goodness of wholefood.

Therefore, choose whole grains over white, polished rice or grains; cane or raw sugar over white sugar; wholemeal flour rather than white, refined flour… and if possible, choose organic.
