Circles under the eyes

Circles under the eyes are caused when the veins fail to get rid of the sludge blood because the blood is lacking in iron. Our bodies have their poorest circulation under the eyes because the underlids seldom move. When we blink, we use only the upper lids. Here is a nice exercise to increase the circulation under the eyes and thereby help fight those circles: while facing straight ahead, with head level, roll the eyes upward as far as possible without undue strain. Then blink your eyes. Repeat three times; then close your eyes and rest them, covering them with the palms of your hands.
