A PDA device to count your calories?
May 9, 2007 | 4 Comments
As the saying goes, “You are what you eat”. What if you don’t know what are you consuming? What I’m saying is what if you don’t know the calories count and nutritional information of the foods and beverages you consume?

We are all taught to read our labels and there are many people who give serious consideration to the labels on food containers these days because of the nutrition information required by law. I believe this is a wonderful thing as we need to know what the contents are.
I have discovered the CalorieSmart which is a Handheld Electronic Calorie Counter and Food Diary. The CalorieSmart enables you to find out the nutritional value of the foods and beverages available in the marketplace, with over 35,000 food items, including items from over 250 restaurants and 500 brands. It also allows you to track your daily diet, calculate the calories consumed, recipes calories content and record the calories you burned in an exercise program!

One of the problems with weight normalizing and management is the inability to keep track of food intake. This electronic handheld calorie counter and food diary does it so perfectly to aid you in achieving those weight loss goals. With this device, you can record your diet and exercise goals anywhere you go as it fits nicely in your purse or handbag.
So if you are serious in losing or managing your weight, this helpful device may be your nutritional reminder and guide to reach your desired goals.

I have a question: do you have to know your serving size when you enter it into this device?
That is where I struggle because I never really care to measure everything out or cant really guess how much I ate
Nice tool.
