Stay healthy over forty

Men and women over forty should take time to enjoy interesting hobbies and keep themselves active. Take a nice and healthful vacation in a cruise or Yacht Charters or just simply spending time in the gardens, take up line dancing, practise Qi Gong, visit a spa, get a massage, take regular walks or join a social group!

Walking is one of the best exercises for people over forty. Spend much time in the open air, eat natural foods and avoid too much stress. Strive for a simple life, if possible, with freedom from economic pressure.
