Since we are in the topic the topic of weight normalizing and weight loss, I recall reading about how some women have resorted to skipping meals in the efforts to achieve a model like figure. I must caution you that if you are one of thme, it should be stopped as meals skipping can be potentially hazardous to your health. There are also weight loss methods such as taking hoodia pills which attempt to ‘trick’ the brain and suppress the appetite. While some claim this method to be safe, I still believe in keeping a healthy diet and regular exercise to shed those pounds.
Anyone has an experience to share with regards to your weight loss goals?
