take time to relax

All of us have our own method of relaxation and overcoming tension. While some prefer to spend time outdoor and be close to trees, flowers and life in the fresh air and sunshine, some may prefer vacations that can favour health. For me, I may just visit a spa or go for a relaxing massage while my hubby may just prefer to buy world series tickets and enjoy some good games with his buddies. Whatever we choose to do, we should take time to improve and restore our health. Set aside time to rest the mind and the body. Seek a change in climate, eat the right foods, exercise and stay cheerful and positive.
