I’m embarking on a FULL detox this time, after starting a partial one last week which didn’t do very much for me. In fact, I was so sick past few days that it wasn’t funny. My wheezing had gotten so bad that I could hardly sleep much the last few nights; I could hardly walked up the stairs without running out of breath; I can’t even check my mailboxes for the house and office. This FULL detox requires me to observe a fairly strict diet with NO processed foods, no sugar, no flour products, no oils (except flaxseed), no seasonings, no salt… nothing. All I’m allowed to consume are fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, potatoes, oats plus the other supplements that are accompanied with the program.
I knew I needed this FULL detox for my chronic condition. I’m sick of wheezing and coughing. I have posted more details in my home office women blog. In the next 5-7 days, I’ll be updating my progress.
