Live an Asthma-FREE life!

One month, I remembered sitting in front of my computer coughing, sniffing and experiencing a great sense of breathlesness. Today, I am so thankful to say that I am completely well and healed from asthma and that persistent rhinitis cough that lasted for years. I am not kidding. It isn’t days or weeks or months, it was ‘years’!

If any of you are suffering from asthma and have been on medications and inhalers, don’t be despair. There are natural treatment methods that can cure or relieve your asthma symptoms. So what have I done to wave good bye to these respiratory ailments? I used to be sensitive to alot of things especially the quality of air, environmental conditions, dust, fragrances, silk trees and flowers, heat, cold, climate…etc. Worse still, my immune was at its all time low.

I am writing this from my experience and must remind you that these natural treatment and remedies are not meant to substitute your doctor’s advices. Personally, I have benefited from them and would like you to find help too. There you go, these are 5 simple steps to rid asthma the natural way:

1) Try the Butekyo method. This is a whole new breathing lesson for me when I first came to read about it but it works! The Butekyo method helps to ‘retrain’ your breathing patterns and it has to date helped many asthma and allergy sufferers. It opposes the theory of deep breathing and advocates shallow breathing. The Buteyko method is the most effective drug-free approach to the management of asthma and other breathing related health problems. It can be applied to asthmatics of any age, any severity and gives quick and consistent results. For more information on the Butekyo method, go to: http://www.buteyko.com/

2) Go on a good detox program. The detox program chosen should all all-natural and requires a strict dietary change which means you should abstain from processed foods, seasonings, sugar, refined foods…etc. You should aim towards including only fresh fruits, juices and vegetables, yogurt in your diet during the detox process.

3) Stay free from stress as this is one common trigger to asthma. When stress levels are up, step out and breathe some fresh air and take things easy. Don’t overexert in exercise or work.

4) Eat well and choose only foods that build and not harm. Life giving foods are important for cell renewal and building.
5) Pray – nothing beats divine help and intervention. Where health is concerned, we can control many ways our body react and behave. So pray and ride on the supernatural strength from above.
