Here is an interesting finding on alcohol users:
According to health advocates, a healthy intake of alcohol should be limited to only one drink per day for women and two for men. Not all people who drink are alcoholics but that does not eliminate the occurrence of abuse. There are two patterns of drinking that a person can get involved in: binge drinking and heavy drinking. Excessive drinking can be described as either of both or a combination.
Binge drinking, in reality, means consuming more than three drinks for women and four drinks for men in a single occasion. On the contrary, heavy drinking doesn’t necessitate drinking a pitcher per day. All it takes is to have more than one drink per day for women and more than two per day for men for someone to be called a heavy drinker.
So, are you a heavy drinker or healthy one?
