a natural way to colon cleanse

Following from my previous post on bowel constipation, here’s a guide to a general colon cleanse which requires you to follow a healthy diet. Try to eliminate such foods as soft drinks, candy, buttermilk, coffee, dairy products and butter. If you cannot do without them, try to eat a minimal amount. Drink 8-10 glasses of purified water each day in addition to vegetable and fruit juices. There are also three parts or cycles to this colon cleanse program: cleansing, maintenance and cleansing.

1. Cleansing

Get your favorite colon cleanse product and take the recommended dosage two times each day until your stools are of a light color.

2. Maintenance

For a period of one month, take the recommended dosage of your favorite colon cleanse product.

3. Cleansing

Using your favorite colon cleanse product, take the recommended dosage two times each day until your stools return to a lighter color once again.
