After spending a week in Waikiki, I notice that this is one place where you can stay fit with little efforts. Just walk along Waikiki beach and it will be good exercise for the day. Though the use of fitness equipment will be great if the hotel you stay provides it but otherwise, just leap into the beach or go play some water sports and it will be a good workout for your body.
While DH is doing his surfing, I have been doing lots of walking on the shopping street. I guess I’m toning my legs while satisfying my shopping cravings. This is one vacation that we can stay fit as a family!
