I was really ill about 5 years ago diagnosed with M.E, I had a colonic and was amazed with the improvement I made, I certainly did not recover but it made a huge improvement in my energy levels. Since then I have done a lot of research and probably wont have another colonic again as I believe you get better results with lifestyle changes and using various supplements. Eating good quality organic food is crucial in gaining full health. Today I am living a healthy vibrant life completely recovered from my illness. I did a lot more than just colon cleansing though ;) Colon cleansing is worth doing…
