I suffer from the occasional back spasm so I know how debilitating back pain can be. For the most part I focus on back stretching and strengthening (i.e. pilates, yoga) to keep my back healthy.

However, there are times when work tips life out of balance and I find myself sitting at my desk for 12-15 hours without taking a stretching break. This is exactly WHY I get back spasms!

Anyway, sorry for the long winded comment, I just wanted to let you know I've stuck a post-it note on my monitor, so thanks! :)

Good tip. I would assume that it would also help posture, since so many of us sit hunched over, including myself. Another bonus: less sore butt!
