    I am totally agreed with you that we need to keep our mind busy and it will help to prevent depression as well as stopping us from thinking too much.

    My gf often has sleeping problems but that is because she is easily disturbed by noises. We rent a room in a double story house and we live downstairs. Thus, most of the time, she will be disturbed by people who live upstairs; footsteps.

    Well, it is quite annoying because our housemates are not that cooperative. Maybe you would suggest that we move out. Certainly, that crosses our mind but would HGH help?
