		<description>Great advice... I always forget about what goes IN my body as opposed to what goes ON it sometimes, lol... Probiotics defiintely do great things. Antioxidants provide that great Vitamin C booster, and I&#039;ve heard CoQ10 is a good antioxidant too. Just bought some new acidophilus... we&#039;ll see how that goes. Thanks!!</description>

Additionally dried apricots are very high in Vitamin A.  These make a great snack.</description>
