my search for allergy relief

I’m one of those not so fortunate ones who is often on the lookout for allergy relief and allergy medications. This also led to my search for allergy treatment ever since I found out that I have skin allergies and allergic rhinitis.

It wasn’t easy to accept that I needed allergy medications at one time when my allergic rhinitis was driving me crazy. I didn’t like what my doctor said about my allergy condition and I refused to go on long term allergy medications. Since I continue my research for allergy relief which includes daily maintenance of fresh fruits and vegetables, adopting alternative therapies, avoiding dusty and smoky environments, investing in good air filters for the home and my search for dehumidifiers too. I did alot in my search for allergy relief. I didn’t want to go on anti histamines on long term.

Allergy sufferers need to focus on building the immunity and a combination so vitamins and supplements can aid on that. My daily musts for my allergy relief include 1000mg of Vitamin C, bifidus, oregano oil and flaxseed oil.

For your allergy relief, look into anti-dust mite pillows and even a vacuum cleaner that can wipe these allergens out.

home and natural remedies for a healthier body

Whenever I feel that I’m under the weather, there are a few home remedies that will come to my mind. From my personal research, I also found out that some of these home and natural remedies are helpful for those want to cure their acne naturally, suffer from allergies, colds or bouts of immune attack.

1) These days, I gargle a warm solution of bamboo salt and water and flush my nose with the solution. The salt solution helps to disinfect the throat and cleans my sensitive nose. It surely helps to ease those allergies.

2) A teaspoon of active Manuka Honey taken straight is good for itchy throats or as a regular health maintenance. Manuka Honey is known for its natural antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiviral, antioxidant, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. You can even dab a little active Manuka Honey for a natural acne cure.

3) Take a dose of probiotics or bifidus powder to boost that immune system of yours.

Without fail, I have been using the above simple steps to improve my immunity. When you don’t look after your body, you will find being caught in a series of illnesses and beauty attacks including acne breakouts, colds, allergies, headaches, throat infections…etc.

Sicknesses are no respectle of people and ages. You can be clad in the most luxurious tuxedo or most gorgeous suit but if you don’t do your part to look after your health, no outward beauty will matter anymore.

seek knowledge in alternative therapies and organic health

Whenever a new organic shop opens up in a neighbourhood or mall, it brings my excitement. It’s nice checking out what’s new for alternative therapies and the new range of organic health products being launched.

Recently, I managed to share some personal experience on organic health and alternative therapies with some new mothers. I personally believe that it is necessary for mothers to arm themselves with health knowledge so that they don’t need to panick when their children are not feeling well. Alternative therapies information is readily available in the web and there are also lots of organic health forums that bring together like minded health enthusiasts together.

Who knows, I may decide to enquire a health franchise someday. It will be nice to have a health store that stocks all sorts of natural therapies including natural acne treatment products, natural skin care, home remedies…etc. It will be a great thing if more mothers support the use of natural therapies for their children when they are down with common health conditions.
