laughter melts stresses away

Lately, I have been feeling a little moody. I can’t single out what is wrong except for the accumulated stress levels that seem to call out for a break. I attempted to check out some flight deals while considering a short break after July but that doesn’t seem like a good time for me to take off.

I have often read that laughter is still the best medicine, and the only one perhaps that has no side effects, at least as far as addressing stress is concerned. Laughter is free and contagious. It connects us closer to the people we hold dear. Likewise, laughter provides us the means to see the other side of a person. Just hearing people laughing at about anything can certainly bring us to burst of laughter too. I have seen that in my 4 yo and his laughter and amusing ways can sometimes bring me much delight that melt those stresses away.
