It cleanses toxins out of your body as the juices have loads of minerals, vitamins and other nutrients. These juices are easily digested and can be consumed in high quantities. What a Newborn Needs

This weekend, I am taking a break with some friends in a resort and it’s just nice to sit by the pool deck and relaxing in the wind. I suppose one of my life’s most natural remedies for a tired mind is a short getaway!

My friend has been rather stressed since her baby was born. She’s been trying to increase breast milk production but due to her stress levels, she wasn’t able to fully breast feed. Breastmilk is of the best gifts a mother can give to her newborn as it’s packed with lots of nutrients. To increase milk production, the new mom has to eat well and get enough rest.

In any case if breastmilk is not possible don’t feel to stressed about it as what a newborn needs is lots of love, hugs and cuddles!

Health and Travels

Unlike some people who don’t bother about their health when they travel, I make sure I bring all that I need for every trip I make. I like to bring my manuka honey, propolis, probiotics….etc. I don’t like to scout around for natural health remedies when I’m on the move as some countries may not be as accessible as the rest.

I just took a trip with my family members and we had a great time in Hong Kong. From the trip, I can see that my brother is having some allergies and it can be hard to avoid as he has been taking construction jobs in the last few years.
