Beauty talk: Whiteheads and your diet
March 12, 2007 |
Whiteheads found on the forehead, around the nose, and on the face are usually caused by poor starch digestion. A pancreatic substance added to the diet will help immensely. Using clay packs on the face or using aloe vera as a lotion or a salve may help. Start from within, with the pancreas. Cut down on the heavy starches, breads and wheat cereals for a while. There are a few starches that especially bring whiteheads on: wheat, oats, rye, buckwheat and potatoes. Eliminate these for a while. Turn to millet and brown rice.
