Circles under the eyes
May 3, 2007 |
Circles under the eyes are caused when the veins fail to get rid of the sludge blood because the blood is lacking in iron. Our bodies have their poorest circulation under the eyes because the underlids seldom move. When we blink, we use only the upper lids. Here is a nice exercise to increase the circulation under the eyes and thereby help fight those circles: while facing straight ahead, with head level, roll the eyes upward as far as possible without undue strain. Then blink your eyes. Repeat three times; then close your eyes and rest them, covering them with the palms of your hands.

Thanks for the helpful tip. This means we also have to do the same with the other parts of our body that doesn’t get much movement.
Thanks for the tip. I get that sometimes, especially if I am working on the computer for a long time. I think the whole body needs a break and some stretching.
