So what do you do if you missed a lot of these early warning signs and now you have what sure looks like a full blown stressed and depressed teen? Is this one of those things that kids grow out of and we shouldn’t worry about? Or should we treat it much more seriously? We’ve talked about counseling, but the teen refuses to go. We’ve also looked into different troubled teen programs, which would make it so that dealing with whatever is going on would not be an option, but we are not sure what would be best. It would be great to hear from parents who have gone through this before.
What a great post!
I’m so glad that you took the time to write about such a serious problem.
Keep up the good work
Teenage is the most critical age of any person. A person’s whole life is decided upon this age, how a person would develop, and the environment at home is very decisive in this.
Thanks for the comment. It’s so true.
