Natural Health Remedies for those Dark Eye Circles

Growing up, I was often teased by my relatives about the dark circles under my eyes. Then it got worse when I started my job as a designer and those late nights contributed to the worsening of those eye circles. Since, I would try out different natural health remedies to get rid of those dark rings and eventually I found out that a good sleep on a regular basis is what I need.

More and more people are working late with busy schedules and beauty companies are launching more eye products to combat eye fatigue and eye related beauty issues. Whether you are holding designing or tech jobs, the late nights aren’t doing your beauty concerns a favor. Vitamin A is commonly used in eye products and it has been commonly used as a topical treatment for the reduction of lines and wrinkles. It’s been found effective against severe acne. Recent studies have found skin treatments that include the combination of Vitamin A and C can in some cases reverse the damage caused by aging and the sun. Perhaps the natural health remedies for that is to consume foods that are high in Vitamin A and C.

Vitamin B deficiencies can lead to cracking, bleeding and even skin legions. These legions can be dangerous because they can allow bacteria, viruses and other contaminants to enter the body through the skin. Even a little shortage of Vitamin B can leave skin looking scaly and badly textured. Creams made with vitamin B have been found to hydrated skin cells, leaving firmer, healthier looking skin.

If you are plagued by dark circles under your eyes, it is said that vitamin K has been found to help. Some studies claim that creams made up of both Vitamin K and Vitamin A are more effective than those made with Vitamin K, but research is still being done on this combination.
